Tenuta San Savino delle Rocchette is a recently opened complex. The farmhouse consists of two large farmhouses and other small rural buildings that have been transformed into agritourism structures.
The buildings have been restored according to the most current directives on structural and technological matters, in the most complete respect of the ancient traces. Chestnut beams and terracotta tiles coexist with solar thermal panels and home automation.

Jacuzzi and infrared sauna, outdoor infinity pool with chromotherapy, the ancient bread oven with its porch, the reception, a warehouse built in the agricultural annex for the seasoning of cheeses and the cellar used since the last century for storing wine and a very spacious parking lot. In the large garden there are swings, benches and seats made from tree trunks.

Breathtaking views
From the entire farmhouse you can admire the wonderful surrounding hilly landscape, which from the medieval village of Poggio di Otricoli slopes down to the Tiber and continues as far as the eye can see beyond the Cimini Mountains.
The breathtaking views that surround it lend themselves to naturalistic photographic reportage: intact medieval villages, forests, olive groves, river gorges, archaeological finds… all accompanied in the summer by a mild and breezy climate and the purity of the air that regenerates body and mind.
